Mom, Tiff and I are on our way down to New Mexico for a trip with the kids. We decided to just go halfway today and we stopped in Moab for the night. I was so glad we stopped because the babies were pretty fussy for the last hour and really wanted out of their carseats. They've never been very good in the car simply because they don't do it very often and aren't used to it. This was their first road trip and I knew it was going to be tough. They only napped for a half an hour and I spent the rest of the time trying to entertain them with toys that they would play with for a few minutes and then throw on the floor.
After we checked into the hotel we grabbed some dinner and headed to a fun park that has this big percussion area. The kids thought it was so fun to run around trying all the different ones and hearing what sounds they make.
