Bottle Time

Moving is Hard Work!

Mom and I spent most of the day unpacking and trying to organize the kitchen.  Ry was so tired that she fell asleep on the back porch while she was eating her lunch.  Poor girl!

Moving Day

We moved into our new house today.  It will be nice to have so much more room!!  We were so blessed to find this house and it is just perfect for us.  We had been looking with a realtor but had had no luck and then the babies came home from the hospital and the house hunt got put on hold.  I was starting to think we would be living in my parents basement for a long time because there was just never time to go out and look for a new house.  Then a woman in my parents' ward told them she was moving and wanted us to come by and look at it the day before she put it out on the market.  It has 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms.  It's a great neighborhood and super close to my parents still.  It sorta just fell in our laps and we are so grateful to have it!!

Squeezed in Tight

I took some pictures today so we will always remember our cramped quarters in my parent's basement.  All 7 of us were squeezed into 2 rooms.  It's been such a blessing to be here with them at this time in our lives with the babies coming home from the hospital and then Jordyn going back.  We definitely couldn't have done it without them!!  Thanks Mom and Dad!  I'll miss the late night shakes!

First Day of School

Bert and I decided to move the boys to Cherry Hill Elementary since we live 2 blocks from it.  I am sad that they won't be at Tiff's school anymore but now they can walk and go to school with kids from the neighborhood and from Primary.

Cooper will be in Mrs. Poai's class.  She comes highly recommended by Lynette and Ali.

Jacks will be in Miss Lyon's class.  This is her first year teaching so her and Jacks will be new together.

Rylee Turns 2!!

Erin and Tiff offered to make the cupcakes.  They turned out so cute!

It was a great day!  It's hard to believe she's already 2!  She's so much fun right now and is talking so much!

Lagoon

Bert and Papa's work parties were at Lagoon this year and they both happened to be on the same day.  Mom, Nick and I stayed home with the babies but everyone else in the family went and had a great time!

 

Hogle Zoo

Tiff, Erin, and Ben all went to the zoo today and offered to take Ry and the boys. They had so much fun!!

Blessing Day

Bert gave the girls beautiful blessings and it was so nice to have so much support from friends and family.  We both feel so blessed to have so many wonderful family members who have helped us get through this difficult time in our lives.  We know we are loved and blessed! 

Gran and Pops came up for our busy weekend.  It was nice to have them here.  They didn't need to get a motel this time because they stayed in our new, empty house.  It was an awesome weekend and one that I will remember for a long, long time!

Jackson's Baptism

Almost a complete family picture. The babies stayed home with our neighbors, Evelyn and Marylin.  Thankfully they slept the whole time I was gone!

Tiff and Jacks made these thank you gifts for everyone that came to the baptism.  They turned out really cute.  Rylee couldn't even wait until we got home to have her donuts and she shoved them in fast!  She had powdered sugar everywhere!

Jacks got some new scriptures and a football scripture case.  He also got some tie-tacks, bookmarks, a tithing bank, primary songbook, and lots of cash.  Bert and I made him a scripture scavenger hunt that led him around the house.  He collected gold dollar coins with each clue and then there were 8 candy bars at the very end!  He loved it!
